On Monday, singer Britney Spears surprised her fans by announcing that she is having another child, and it turns out the superstar is actually pregnant.

Also on this same Monday the pop star’s fiancé, Sam Asghari, confirmed the 39-year-old is expecting a baby alongside a photo of a lion and lioness with their cub.

“Marriage and kids are a natural part of a strong relationship filled with love and respect,” he wrote as a captioned on the photo. “Fatherhood is something i have always looked forward to and i don’t take lightly. It is the most important job i will ever do🙏”

Initially the singer posted a picture of a cup of coffee surrounded by flowers, which apparently announced she might be pregnant with her third kid — her first with Sam Asghari.

“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ … I thought ‘Geez … what happened to my stomach ???’” Spears wrote.

“My husband said ’No you’re food pregnant silly 🤪 !!!’ So I got a pregnancy test … and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby 👶🏼.”

The singer said that four days following taking a pregnancy test she got a “little more food pregnant,” prior to again implying that she is pregnant.

“It’s growing !!!” she continued. “If 2 are in there … I might just loose [sic] it 😬😬😬😬😬😬.”

Representatives for Britney and Sam did not return Media Music News request for a comment.

The “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer already has two children with ex-husband Kevin Federline: sons Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15.

Britney Spears once let the public know – in her June 2021 testimony amid her contentious conservatorship battle – that her intention is to expand her family with Sam Asghari.

“I want to have the real deal. I want to be able to get married and have a baby,” she told Los Angeles Superior Court judge Brenda Penny at the time. “I was told right now under the conservatorship, I’m not able to get married or have a baby.”

The singer and Asghari got engaged in September of 2021 after dating for almost five years. The “Baby One More Time” singer’s conservatorship was officially terminated in November of 2021.

That same month, Britney Spears mentioned to her fans on Instagram, “I’m thinking about having another baby !!! I wonder if this one is a girl … she’s on her toes reaching for something … that’s for sure 🐣🙊💋💅🏼 !!!!⁣”
